Service Description: Counselling and community services (individual and family counselling) * credit and financial counselling * consulting and education * employee counselling services (FSEAP)

Adult Protective Services - * advocates on behalf of individuals to help them access and maintain community supports and services* provides information about resources and makes referrals to agreed-upon service agencies* provides individuals with information on their rights and encourages anyone living with disabilities to acquire self-advocacy skills* advocates on behalf of individuals in order to access and maintain community support services* can provide case coordination, case management, and consultative services* liaises with other service providers to determine and address service issues and gaps

Adult Protective Services Walk-In Clinic - Advocacy, case management, supportive and instructional counselling, completing forms

Individual and Family Counselling Program - Individual, partner, parental, youth and family counselling * family life education and counselling groups which address such issues as self-esteem and relationships

Partner Assault Response - Education and counselling services to individuals convicted of criminal offense against a current or former partner  and information and support to victims of these crimes

Student Trusteeship - Financial management for students who are in need of support during difficult times

Women's Counselling Program - Individual and group counselling to women who have been involved in an abusive domestic relationships with a partner * multicultural counselling

Youth Peer Support Program - Program matching Youth Peer Support Workers with lived experience of homelessness, substance use/misuse, mental health, and recovery to other youth currently facing these challenges.
