Dementia Health Hub. Offering programs & services for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers.

Seminars, workshops and training sessions * one-on-one care plan * advanced care planning for future health care needs

Adult Day Program - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia in a group setting

Weekend Overnight Stay Care Program - Offers three beds per weekend in a safe and comfortable environment and offering respite for caregivers
