Service Description:

Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
Seminars, workshops and training sessions * one-on-one care plan consultations with health professionals * advanced care planning for future health care needs
Adult Day Program
- Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia in a group setting * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * aids in functioning to prevent premature institutionalization

Weekend Overnight Stay Care Program
- Offers four beds per weekend in a safe and comfortable environment while offering respite for caregivers
|
