Service Description:

Safe and affordable housing with flexible supports * home living arrangements may include:
- recreational and group programming
- assessment and life skills and social skills
- individualized case planning
- assistance in preparing the individual to make successful transition back home or to a more independent living environment
- referrals to other community resources as required
- Cooperative Housing Youthab also has several homes for more independent youth with varying degrees of support available
