Service Description:

- Supports medically releasing Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, medically released Veterans, and their families as they transition from military to civilian life
- Assists with service navigation, empowerment, support, and advocacy
- Offers workshops and programs to assist with transition and support life outside the CAF
