Service Description:

Care of inpatient and outpatient patients with palliative care needs
In-hospital teams at Kingston General Hospital and Providence Care Hospital
In-hospice care at AB Smith Homestead House (residential hospice)
Out-patient cancer clinic at Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario and a satellite clinic in Belleville Cancer Centre
Out-patient care at Lung Diagnostic and Assessment Program (LDAP) at Hotel Dieu Hospital
Out-patient care at Providence Care Neuromuscular Clinic
Community (home visiting) palliative care outreach consult team
Other non-malignant outpatient clinics
