Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
 
Adult Day Program - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease in a group setting for part of the day
 
Support Groups - Peer support groups, education to assist family members and care partners sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety * may have guest speakers from various community resources as requested by the group

Fees: Free for support and education
Set fees for day program, overnight services and Minds in Motion
Application: Call * no referral required
